Drýsildjöfull, formation islandaise mystérieuse, est admirable parce qu'elle a la même démarche novatrice que Life (l'objectif est totalement différent) : elle prend comme base un genre qui n'est pas connu pour faire des compromis, le punk, et en fait... ce qu'elle veut. Dans Dýflissupaunk, les riffs agressifs du punk et les cris black metal se retrouvent mis sur un pied d'égalité avec une boîte à rythmes "poum-clap" et une électro rétro-kitsch.
